At Ember Premium, we hold our garments to the highest standards of luxury streetwear. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Standard Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on standard collection items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in its original, pristine condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered.
- Free of any marks, makeup, or odors.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Returned in the original Ember premium packaging.
2. Custom & Special Order Garments
Because our Custom DTF Orders and Embroidery Orders are made completely bespoke to your personal specifications, these items are final sale and non-refundable.
We highly encourage you to thoroughly double-check our Fit & Size Charts before submitting a custom inquiry.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Every Ember garment passes strict quality control. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@emberclothing.lk or via our Contact Page. We will cover all return shipping costs and immediately issue a replacement.
4. Return Shipping
For standard returns (sizing issues or change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, you may opt for Ember Store Credit.
